Many people grew up visiting a grandparent’s farm or spending childhood summers in the country, yet so few have a way to get back to that place of peace, simplicity, and homegrown goodness.
That’s where we come in.
Welcome to our little corner of the countryside — a place where a dream of chickens and a dream of farming collided, grew roots, and turned into a thriving micro dairy, farmers market, and homestead built with love, hard work, and an enormous amount of faith.

How Our Homestead Journey Began
Like many farm stories, ours started as a dream — a small, persistent whisper that never quite went away.
My husband, Kyle, dreamed of being a farmer. Not the giant-tractor, thousands-of-acres kind of farmer — but the kind who raises animals with care, grows food with intention, and builds something his family could be proud of.
I’m Mindy, and all I really wanted was a country house with some chickens. Simple enough, right?
For three whole years, we searched for “the one.” A place where we could raise animals, grow a family, and put down roots that would last. And finally, we found it — close enough to town and schools for convenience, yet just far enough down a gravel road to bring that peace you can only find in the quiet countryside. A place where sunsets stretch wide across the sky and the stars shine a little brighter.
The property wasn’t perfect — far from it. It needed love, repairs, and more elbow grease than we could have imagined. But it came with a chicken coop, a barn, a few scraggly outbuildings, and even a small pasture. It was messy, worn, and wonderfully full of potential.
We could see ourselves never leaving.
And so, without knowing exactly what awaited us, we said yes. That yes changed everything.
From Seven Chickens to a Full Micro-Dairy
We get a lot of questions about how we grew from a single coop with a few chickens to a bustling micro dairy and farmers market. The short answer? Step by step, year by year, and always guided by the belief that small, local food matters.

Everything we offer is something we personally use and believe in. Many of the items for sale in our farmers market — both in person and online — are things you’ll find in our own home!
We deeply believe in knowing where the products that fill your home and pantry come from. We believe in supporting small farms and real families doing real work. And we believe in bringing back the connection that so many people long for — the simple joy of buying wholesome goods right from the source.
Why We Do What We Do
Our mission is simple: To help families reconnect with real, high-quality food and goods.
So many people want to go back to the roots they remember — the garden-fresh tomatoes, the warm eggs from a nesting box, the smell of livestock and hay and home. But not everyone can own a farm or grow all their own food.
We hope our farm — and our online market — can help fill that gap.
